Called a few places to try and get someone out to look at my A/C unit, a few didn’t have time for weeks, a few never answered or called back after several VMs. Danny answered the phone on the 2nd ring, had no issues with coming ASAP. Danny told me he would be at my house at 9am, he showed up at 8:58…that’s huge with me, punctuality and respect for peoples time is hard to find these days. My 16 year old ac that came with the house had stopped working and Danny came out to help under my fix’d home warranty service. Danny was right on time (right at the start of the 2 hour window) and did an excellent job. I thought I was going to have to get a new unit but he fixed everything in under 2 hours. I genuinely wish I had called Sub zero (instead of metro energy) when I first moved into this house for a general check up. Metro didn’t do anything wrong, Danny’s service was just much better. I will be recommending Danny to my friends in the area.

When your HVAC goes out in the middle of August it is never a good thing. Sub Zero was able to come out quickly and address the problem and get us up and running in no time. They were professional and did a GREAT job! We would hope to not need help with our HVAC system again for a really long time, but if we do we would absolutely call them again.
