My 16 year old ac that came with the house had stopped working and Danny came out to help under my fix’d home warranty service. Danny was right on time (right at the start of the 2 hour window) and did an excellent job. I thought I was going to have to get a new unit but he fixed everything in under 2 hours. I genuinely wish I had called Sub zero (instead of metro energy) when I first moved into this house for a general check up. Metro didn’t do anything wrong, Danny’s service was just much better. They were able to install a new HVAC system one day after the estimate, they did great work and left my house clean. Highly recommend.

We worked with Danny on our air conditioning during the below freezing weather. Not only did he temporarily fix what was a thermostat issue, he also called our Ecobee and inquired about our warranty. We are now getting our thermostat replaced from Ecobee for no cost. Really appreciate him taking the time to call for us! Excellent service, will definitely use him again.

Called a few places to try and get someone out to look at my A/C unit, a few didn’t have time for weeks, a few never answered or called back after several VMs. Danny answered the phone on the 2nd ring, had no issues with coming ASAP. Danny told me he would be at my house at 9am, he showed up at 8:58…that’s huge with me, punctuality and respect for peoples time is hard to find these days.
